To protect your personal information, Therapeutic Effect Plus and www.therapeuticeffectplus.com follow commonly understood practices set forth by industry. Unless required for products and services specifically requested by you, Therapeutic Effect Plus will never share your personal information with third parties.

Your Personal Information:

We will collect your personal information for the following purposes:

  1. When you sign up for our newsletter
  2. Fill out Contact Us form on our website
  3. Fill out forms to obtain our services

The information we collect will be used only for the purposes disclosed at the time of collection.

Third party websites:

  1. Our website includes hyperlinks to, and details of, third party websites.
  2. We use third parties for credit card processing
  3. Third parties are prohibited from using your personal information for promotional purposes. Therapeutic Effect Plus is not responsible or liable for the collection and/or use of personal information by third party websites.

Scheduling

Appointments are required. We encourage you to schedule appointments with our licensed massage therapists well in advance, especially prior to major holidays. Please refer to our cancellation policy prior to reserving your appointment time. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of this policy.

Arrival

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your appointment, so you’ll have plenty of time to do any paperwork that may be required. Late arrivals will limit the time of your service, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next client’s appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks and cash. State sales tax will be charged where applicable. Please note that if a check is returned to us, a $35 fee will be charged and we will no longer accept checks from you in the future.

Purchasing Packages

The payment is due on or before the first session of each package. It is understood that the package price is discounted due to you purchasing the services upfront.  If for any reason you decide to cancel the package before it ends and ask for a refund, every service that was provided will be counted with the full current price and not at the discounted rate. The remaining balance will be returned to you within 10 days.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things can suddenly pop up, but please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment with one of our licensed massage therapists. If appropriate notice is not given you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.  If you do not notify us at all, (no-show), the service will be considered rendered and 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.  Should you arrive late for a scheduled appointment and time does not allow us to perform some or all of your treatment, the full amount of the service will be charged. Appointments made last minute, (less than 24 hours prior to service), are not exempt from this policy.
