Russian Massage is a system of therapeutic (preventative), sports massage, and a medical massage developed in the former Soviet Union. It uses four principal techniques in a specific sequence. Russian massage is useful for a wide range of musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, neurological, gynecological, internal disorders, and in post-surgical situations. It impacts all systems, parts, and organs of the body using direct (local) & indirect (reflex) methods of treatment.
Medical Massage is based on decades of scientific research that has been implemented by many countries around the world since early 1900s and is an integral part of Western modern medicine.
